I make a cucumber salad almost exactly like that (except I don’t use cloves). It’s fun to think that some foods haven’t changed much over the centuries.

Fascinating that you make a similar salad. I fell in love with the link simply because that salad was so exotic to me!

And the URL is fixed and I worked out what I did wrong. I’m slow but I get there eventually.
