I’ve added it to my long list of desirable books (speaking of which, the wonderful Laura has just sent me a cool Californian book, and annotated it ! - I’ll introduce it to all of you tomorrow, perhaps). I’ll do a proper post later today. I have a graet interview for you from someone who does particularly interesting things in the world of food history (actually I have 3 interviews, but I’m going to ration them to one every few days).
